      Returning Players:
    • Three (3) copies of signed Registration Form from www.eAYSO.org
    • Payment: Check or Money Order. (No Credit Cards, please do NOT send cash)

      • New Players:
    • Photo Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Three (3) copies of signed Registration Form from www.eAYSO.org

 -- Waiting List Starts July 14

Players registering after July 14th will be placed on a waiting list!
Players on the waiting list will be placed on teams only if space is available on existing teams and team balance remains intact. No new teams will be formed to accommodate late registrants and players will not have a choice of teams they are placed on. Players not placed on teams will receive full refunds. In the unlikely event that our volunteer base cannot support the number of players signed up, players of volunteer coaches, referees, and other essential volunteer position will receive team placement priority. 

-- Player Withdrawal / Refund Request

Requests MUST be postmarked no later than July 31st. Refund requests sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. The region will make every effort to have refund checks mailed during October. Refunds are processed according to the following schedule:

  • A $15.00 fee will be deducted for refund requests postmarked on or before July 31 (processing fee)
  • Refund requests postmarked after July 31 will not be honored. 

The completed form must be mailed to the address below with a self addressed, stamped envelope.
Do not give this form to your coach.

Registration is open to all age groups for Boys and Girls from ages 4 1/2 and up.  The following chart applies for the next official season, which starts August 1, 2009 and concludes July 31, 2010. Any player whose birth date falls on or between these dates should be placed in the designated Division.
