Friday Night Soccer Games
7:00 - 9:00 pm @ LHCC
Strap on your boots, and come on out to play a little soccer!


This game is intended to be a FUN game and not a competitive game.
Newer coaches or refs should feel welcome to come out and have a go.

 

The benefits include, but are not limited to:
* new perspective for the game
* comradery between refs and coaches
* exercise
* fun fun fun

So, if you are sick of sitting on the sidelines and want to use your "boots" for something other than standing on the touch line, please join us.

The game is limited to current volunteer referees and coaches.

-- AYSO Coach Training and Certification

Age appropriate Coach Training as well as Safe Haven Certification is required for all coaches.

-- Referee Point Program

Referee Point Program
Teams are required to earn referee points in order to participate in post-season play. Remember that you can earn these points by officiating U10 - U19 games.

-- Can you help us by signing up to be a Coach?

Most definitely! Without coaches, we do not have teams.
Without teams, the players do not get a chance to play.
If you like teaching children to play soccer, enjoy the thrill of seeing your students perform and use what you taught them, then this is the job for you.
Are you worried that you will not be able to manage a team? No problem. -- Someone from your team will be a Team Manager. Utilize the team manager to manage the team while you teach and train the team.
Training is provided to teach you techniques on how to coach the various age groups. You will be provided the tools you need to successfully coach a team.

-- Volunteer Application Form

Please remember! A volunteer application form must be submitted each year. It is easiest and most secure if you supply or update your information online through eAYSO . The online form can be printed out, signed and dated and submitted.  Alternatively, an you may submit a paper AYSO volunteer application form.  The form is extremely important because it authorizes AYSO to perform applicant screening. You should know that as a volunteer you are subject to screening. Criminal background checks are performed at the NSTC on a targeted basis focusing on certain higher-risk positions for immediate checking.
